This class is designed to properly condition dancers’ bodies, helping them become more flexible, stronger, and less prone to injury. Using curriculum created by WCAS Strength & Conditioning Director Dr. Mike Vishion, instructors educate dancers on proper ways to perform static and active stretching and increase body awareness of balance and coordination, resulting in better overall dance technique.
