Please note: while dancers are not required to wear leotards & tights, dancewear is required to be be tight-fitting (no baggy t-shirts, sweatshirts, or pants) and hair is required to be in a bun.
Barre introduces and furthers dancers in the correct ballet terminology, body positions, as well as the grace and poise which are required not only in ballet but all styles of dance. Dancers will focus on barre work for maximum growth & strength, focusing on proper body placement, turn out, body control, & strengthening of body for proper execution.
