A key component of the WCAS dance team experience, our conditioning classes treat dancers as the athletes they are, using HIIT (high intensity interval training), traditional cardio, strength training, and more to properly condition our athletes in a way that fully supports and enhances their dancing. Conditioning classes are created and designed by WCAS Strength & Conditioning Director Dr. Mike Vishion for maximum effectiveness, with an emphasis on injury prevention.
