Beginner Weight Training

Dancers need to be as strong as possible to protect joints, prevent injuries, and perform at their best. This class will use appropriate methods - including body weight only, yoga blocks, inflatable balls, etc. - to teach dancers how to safely & appropriately use weight training to enhance their performance and prevent injury.
