Please note: dancers are required to wear black leotards, pink tights, and split sole ballet shoes. Hair should be in a bun or tight, slicked back ponytail.
Beginner Barre introduces and progresses dancers in the correct ballet terminology, body positions, and the grace and poise which are required not only in ballet but all styles of dance. Dancers will focus on barre work for maximum growth & strength, focusing on proper body placement, turnout, body control, & strengthening of the body for proper execution.
Generally, this class is for ages 5-9, although we can make exceptions in special cases. Call/text us at 314-858-6464 with any questions regarding class placements.
