Intermediate Acro For Dancers

Skills taught emphasize control and technique and focus on proper execution. Dancers will work on acrobatic skills & tumbling including front/back walkovers, 30-60 second handstand holds, headsprings, and aerials while working to build upon flexibility & strength. Athletes will be evaluated in their first class and may be recommended to move to another acro class based on skill and development level.
