Intermediate Stretch/Leaps/Turns
SLT gives dancers ages 8-12 a focused opportunity to work on improving turns, leaps, and jumps, as well as flexibility and conditioning. Dancers taking this class should be able to perform technically correct single pirouettes, basic grande jetes, chaine turns, pique turns, and star jumps. This class will help dancers work on mastering double pirouettes, center leaps, coupe & pencil turns, and begin learning switch leaps and a la seconde turns.
